Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- Returned in their original packaging
- Requested within 14 days of delivery
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that have been used, opened, or customised unless they arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
How to Request a Return
Please contact us at info@uselessbutprecious.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include:
- Your order number
- Details of the issue
- Photos (if applicable)
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent incorrectly.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
We'll work with you to arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
